How can I request a new user account?
Please send an email to the Help Desk to request a new user account. New accounts must be requested or approved by existing authorized users and may take up to 2 business days to create.
I stepped away from my desk for a minute and when I came back I was logged out. Why?
The system will timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity. If you are at your desk when this occurs, you will see a prompt asking if you want to continue working or not. You will have 30 seconds to click OK, otherwise you will be logged out. This is a required security feature.
If I get automatically logged out, will I lose my work?
The new system will automatically save-as-you-go by performing an automatic save after you finish entering data into each field. If you do get automatically logged out, you may lose data in the one question you were currently working on, but you will not lose data you completed entering in the other questions on that same page. Regardless, it is still recommended that you click the Save button regularly as you work.
Can I print out what I've completed of my report so far?
Click the 'Reports' tab in the left hand menu to access PDFs of your current and past reports. If your current report has not been submitted yet, the PDF will have a Draft stamp in the header.
I am unable to edit the fields in Section 3B because the buttons are greyed out.
You can only edit one thing at a time in Section 3B. If the Edit buttons are greyed out, it simply means that you're in Edit mode on one of the other elements on the screen at that time. See screenshot below for an example. Click Save or Cancel and then you will be able to edit another section. ISAPR Sec 3B Edit button FAQ
